AIA Systems is an Athens-based, founder-led product and engineering company. It develops complete software products rather than isolated demonstrations: interfaces, backend services, AI orchestration, integrations, permissions, evaluation, deployment and monitoring are designed as one operational system.

How does an AI project begin?

The work starts with one real workflow: its inputs, decisions, exceptions, users and cost of error. A limited pilot is then tested with representative examples. Production expansion happens only when quality, security, operating cost and human responsibility are understood. Local models can be used where data boundaries require them, while cloud models are selected where they provide a justified advantage.
