AI assistants · AI agents

An assistant that does not just answer. It does the work.

A chatbot answers questions. An AI assistant (agent) can search your files, prepare a reply, update a list, send a reminder. To be useful and safe it has clear limits: what it may do, what it may not, and when it stops and asks a person. We design those limits together with you.

Where it helps

Five assistants that make sense.

01

The knowledge assistant

You ask "what does the contract with X say about cancellation?" and it answers from your own files, showing where it found it.

02

The operations assistant

Gathers the day's data, updates what is pending and suggests what to do first.

03

The document assistant

Reads whatever arrives, extracts the data, and sets aside anything it does not understand for review.

04

The customer assistant

Prepares a reply to every request based on your policy. Anything outside the policy goes to a person.

05

The coordinator

Runs many small steps in order: checks availability, prepares a quote, updates the calendar. Always within limits.

How it works

Limits first, then the assistant.

  1. 01We define one narrow goal and the actions that are allowed.
  2. 02We write the list: which files it sees, which software it touches, what is forbidden.
  3. 03We test it with normal, odd and malicious questions.
  4. 04Before any action that cannot be undone, it asks for human approval.
  5. 05We log everything it does, watch the cost, and you can switch it off with one button.

The assistant that knows accounting

Inside the system for accounting firms, an assistant answers from accounting knowledge, prepares, reminds, and stops for approval before every important action.

Questions

What businesses ask.

How is it different from a chatbot?

The chatbot talks. The assistant does things: searches, writes, updates, sends. That is why it needs limits and approval.

Can it send email or change data?

It can, if you allow it, and only for specific things. For anything important, it asks for approval first.

How do I know what it did?

Every action is logged: what was asked, what it did, who approved. You can see it any time.

Must it say it is AI?

Yes, when it talks to customers. The law requires it and we build it that way from the start.

Which task would you hand to an assistant?

Write to us what repeats and who does it today. We will tell you what an assistant can take on safely and what it cannot.
